FEBRUARY 2020: It is with heavy hearts the Price family wanted to let BREW of the Mid Atlantic region know that Peanut (formerly Red, BREW tag#7-105) passed away on 13 February 2020 at 0942 in Easley, SC. He was almost fifteen years old. He’d been diagnosed with cancer recently and told us when it was time. He peacefully crossed Rainbow Bridge in my arms, surrounded by his human pack. We adopted Peanut July 2007 when we lived in Centreville, VA. In 2008 we moved to the Upstate in South Carolina. Peanut had several nicknames we called him: Nutter Butter, Peanut Butter, Nu Nu. We love him so much. He enjoyed running around the swing set in the backyard, laying in the grass working on his tan, belly rubs, and treats. He’d come up and nudge me with his cold, wet nose regularly. He loved my three children and they loved him. Peanut also loved sleeping on my wife’s and my bed. He was a good dog, a great beagle, and a wonderful companion. He loved and is loved by all will live on in our hearts and dreams until we see him again at the Rainbow Bridge. We love you so much, Peanut!
