Fifteen years ago we adopted little Pixel. She was a lively little two year old Beagle-Chihuahua Mix.
She came into our home and stayed in our hearts. Pixel loved to go for walks, enjoyed the sunshine, took pride in stealing people food, and she loved to bark! We our saddened that we had to say good-bye to her yesterday.
In April, Pixel was diagnosed with kidney failure. She lived 10 months longer than expected after her diagnosis.
As Pixel got older she started having seizures and had difficulty walking. Additionally, things were harder to see for her and she became deaf, too. She lived a good long life in her fur-ever home. May Pixel now be at Peace over the rainbow bridge.
