NEW – 9 NOVEMBER 2021: BREW occasionally ends up trying to rehome hounds other than beagles. We have a prior BREW adopter who needs to rehome a beautiful young foxhound pup they rescued but can’t keep. Reign is a young pup with lots of energy who needs a family who is looking for a young, active girl. Here is what the family says about Reign:

Reign is a beautiful, hazel eyed 6 month old American Foxhound with a lot of energy. She enjoys playing in the yard, taking walks, and her toys (she is a “toy girl”). She has been with us for just over a month and gets along well with our beagle. Some small children may find her to be overwhelming, but prior to living with us she was in a home with toddlers and all got along well. Reign likes to snuggle and cuddle with us on the couch in the evenings. During the day between trips in the yard she likes to nap on her bed in our office. Her shots are up-to-date, she is spayed, and microchipped. Reign needs a home with a backyard and will thrive with a family that enjoys taking walks and other outside activities. She is house trained and responds to “sit” and sometimes to “stay”. She sleeps in a crate but you have to walk her to the crate, she will not go in on her own. If you are looking for an active member of the family who is amusing and affectionate, this is the girl for you.
